Whoa that title is a bit of a mouthful if I do say so myself. I was honestly really excited when I got tagged in this because I’m a huge disney fan. The lovely twins over at twinbookmarks tagged me so be sure to check their page out. They are super funny and their blog is wonderful. I am going to do the tag a little bit differently by putting the photo of the princess beside the book.
THE RULES
- Mention where you saw the tag/thank whoever tagged you because that’s always good fun
- Tag Book Princess Reviews and Zuky with our posts so we can check out the wonderful Princess fun throughout the blog world (Mine is this link and Zuky’s is here)

SNOW WHITE
THIS BOOK (LIKE THE MOVIE) STARTED IT ALL
Favorite Debut Book From an Author
Loves Letters to the Dead honestly struck a chord with me. I was able to relate to the character in so many ways. I know that the book isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I do highly recommend it. There is a trigger warning for death in this novel. It focuses heavily on a young girl trying to cope with her sister’s death.
CINDERELLA
A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH
Just Like Cinderella, You Either Didn’t Expect Much Out of This Character in the Beginning But Turned Out to Be a Total Gem
Finley Hart from Some Kind of Happiness was one of those characters where I was like “Man she’s kind of annoying” at the beginning of the novel. It wasn’t until a few pages in that I realized she was actually a really good character. She had a lot of character development throughout the novel.
AURORA
SLEEPING BEAUTY
A Book That Makes You Sleepy or Just Could Not Hold Your Attention
The Selection by Kiera Cass honestly makes me yawn. I feel like it’s every other book in the world. It was boring. The characters felt super flat. I only made it about 100 pages before I added this to the stack of books I’m never going to read.
ARIEL
UNDER THE SEA
A Book With a Water/Ocean Setting
I decided to pick a book that I haven’t read yet simply because I have been dying to read this book.
The Seafarer’s Kiss by Julia Ember is not only an amazing book about mermaids, but it also features LGBT aspects which I adore.
BELLE
BEAUTY AND THE BOOKS
Name a Book With the Best Bookworm/Book Lover
Liesel Meminger from
The Book Thief is honestly one of my favorite book lovers. The title of the book should be enough for her. I really don’t want to spoil this book for any one. I made it through a chunk of the book and had to put it down because I really want to savor it. This book is amazing and definitely one that needs to be read.
JASMINE
THE THIEF AND THE PRINCESS
Name Book with an Unlikely Love Story (Either in Terms of Romance or a Book You Didn’t Expect to Love So Much)
I have to say Warner/Juliette from the
Shatter Me series because wow. Their relationship is awesome. I am so excited to see how it progresses throughout the new books coming out. No spoilers about this couple for people who may have no read the series yet.
POCAHONTAS
THE REAL LIFE PRINCESS
Name a Book that is Based on a Real Life Person You Want to Read/Have Read
I honestly can not explain why I want to read
The Radium Girls by Kate Moore. I think this is one of those times where you should read the synopsis and trust me on why I would want to read it. The synopsis alone is what got me hooked.
MULAN
THE PRINCESS THAT SAVED HER COUNTRY
Name the Fiercest Heroine You Know
Annabeth Chase from the
Percy Jackson series is hand downs the fiercest heroine I have read. I just really enjoyed her in the series. She was a bad ass daughter of the goddess Athena. It honestly can’t get better than that.
TIANA
THE PRINCESS WITH THE COOLEST AND MOST DIVERSE CREW
Name a diverse book whether it is a diverse set of characters (like Tiana’s group of Naveen, Louis, Ray, and more) or just diverse in general
The Hate U Give is honestly one of the most diverse books I have had the honor of reading just a little bit. The library made me return the ebook before I got a chance to finish it. I’m on the wait list again BECAUSE THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD! It’s dealing with a really rough topic in a way that teenagers can understand.
RAPUNZEL
LET YOUR LONGGGGGG HAIR DOWN
Name the Longest Book You’ve Ever Read
I know I have read longer but I think it was before I started keeping track on goodreads. I have no idea what my longest book is at the moment so I’m going to go with
Illuminae at 599 pages.
MERIDA
I DETERMINE MY OWN FATE
A Book Where There is No Love Story/Interest or Isn’t Needed
Okay this is kind of sad, but no book comes to mind. Majority of the books I have read usually involve some sort of love interest. Can any of you recommend me some books that don’t involve love interests?
ANNA/ELSA
FROZEN HEARTS
A Book in a Winter/Cold Setting
This is also another one that I don’t really have an answer to. I honestly don’t think I have read a book based in winter/cold weather unless it was the Night Before Christmas. I’ll take some recommendations for this one was well.
MOANA
HOW FAR I’LL GO
A Character That Goes on a Journey
I am going to steal Illuminae from the longest book section. I can’t really say it was a fun journey since spoiler alert please avert your eyes if you have not read the book majority of the people die in that novel. They are on a journey to get to a certain space station throughout the novel.
